:D Whilst on the Subject of CB's, I installed mine the other day and the SWR Meter has a Calibration Knob.... The SWR Meter changes reading depending on how i move that... Any one know how to use the bloody thing?
 
very basically u put the cb on the middle channel and transmit. while transmitting put the meter to fwd and twist untill the dial is on 'set'. the flick the meter to the other setting (ref on mine) and see what it reads. 1 good 3 no 10 run away
 
dont joke! u should have seen me run for the putter outter when the fooker went up in smoke earlier! note to me: 4 x 55w spots need more than 8amp wire!
 
silly tart in caf told me different! some ****e about the relays changin stuff. but after 3 hours of wiring i prooved her wrong, unfortunatly.
