Hi fellow forumites !
I'm new to the forum and would like to pick your brains for advice please. My good lady and I want to by a used Landy - Most likely this will be a defender as, in the main, we want it to transport bikes, camping gear, wood, wellies etc rather than using our car - which normally looks like a skip outside a fire damaged Millets !
We also thought that it may be possible on occassion to jump in with some of said gear and stick a blow up mattress in the back rather than setting up a tent - so, (at last !) here is the question - are 90's or 110's big enough in the back to sleep in ? I don't mind removing the second row of seats in a 110 County as it's probably a station wagon we would go for rather than solid sides.
A dormobile would be great but expensive and we dont need that kind of functionality all the time.
Best thing i suppose is to go and see some and have a lie down inside but as with most of us time is limited !
Looking forward to your expert opinions !
Regards
Craig
