No turbo after sitting in water!

So after a trip to Devils pit at the weekend my disco is poorly.

Dropped into a bomb hole and got stuck and the front end was sat ticking over in water for about an hour until we got dragged out. It was obvious the snorkel was leaking due to the steam coming out the exhaust so thought it best to keep it ticking over, which it did itself fine.

When we finally got it out it had no power. Took pipe off the turbo and absolutely no pressure just a slight blow.

What should I do? Has grit got into the impeller and stopping turbo from spooling? Should I get turbo off and clean with petrol or something?

Probably a waterlogged intercooler so it can,t receive air to blow!!

What point was the snorkel leaking at?

Around the air box. Need some closer inspection to find where. Took intercooler pipe off the turbo and it's not even blowing

Looks like a replacement would be the simple fix?

What's the air filter like?
