No Crankcase pressure - is this normal?

Hi everyone - just a quick question regarding my project 2006 RR Sport 2.7 - I have a blue smoke issue that I am reasonably certain is Turbo related - however I decided to check my crankcase pressure and I have none whatsoever - same thing when the dipstick is removed - not even a faint amount - is this normal? because I have never come across this before, quite the opposite to be honest.

I would say it's normal because any pressure is evacuated into the air inlet system before the turbo.
