Newbie needs help and advice please

Good evening everyone.
I have just got a freelander 2.0 td4 on a 07 plate. Now having a few issues I think.
1) 70-75mph there is a slight wine from rear of car but only at that speed.
2) goes flat loss of power 3500rpm and also 2700rpm ish
3) had shuddering but can accelerate through it.
And advice would be greatly appreciated

Are you sure it's a 2.0L and not a 2.2L? An 07 should be a Freelander 2 which has a 2.2L engine.

No it's the facelift model of the mk1 defo not freelander 2 sorted every thing apart from the shaking. Do you have any idea on what could cause this. Seen threads where people are saying drive shafts now is the the central one or cv's sorry new to having any kind of 4x4

It's a very late FL1 then. If it's shaking then you need to check the 4X4 system before expensive damage is done. Look in the Freelander section of the main forum for this information and post there too as not many members look in the engine section of the forum
