Newbie in the house

evening all
new guy in the house the wife has a series 1 Disco that i have got a few jobs to do to keep her happy

it has a 2in lift and we are dropping it back to normal ride hight
so i am after some advice and parts

always best to start in the right place so here i am

Hi and welcome to the loonyZone if it's going back to standard then Try LRSeries for the parts. Avoid Britpart (****part) If you explain to LRSeries what you're doing the chap there will sell you the full kit.

Do you know what lift kit's on yours? Can I have first dibs when you get it orfed? I want to get higher!

If you like we could maybe do a swap... Help each other out and not pay for parts.

its just the springs that have been changed

i have got some Normal ones but just done fancy the job of fitting them :doh:

I just did a search on here and it looks like quite a straight-forward job. I'd come and "give you an 'and" in return for the springs that come off, if you like. I'm fairly handy with a spanner - did the head gasket on mine earlier this year.

Only problem - my weekends are booked up from now until the middle of Feb. How desperate are you to get them changed over?

i am in no great rush mate
springs wont be here for at least 2 weeks anyway :doh:
so you are welcome to them for the help of fitting the others
