I just bought a Defender 90 Pick up...1994 300Tdi. I live in the West of Ireland, and it's my first Land Rover, so wish me luck! I have to say, I found all your posts very helpful when it came to the things I should watch out for. The chassis are fine, the engine is in great condition with relatively low mileage. Only a few niggly problems which I plan to fix over the next few weeks - a whiny wheel bearing and a driver's seat that's way too big. Apart from that, it's in great condition for its age.
