Hi folks,
Just signed up... I'm from Cornwall but live in West Devon. Farmer's boy, grown up driving Landys of various descriptions. Owned a variety of vehicles, but just bought a proper one.. Defender 90 Td5 2003. I work as a river keeper and so the new bus will be put to very good use fishing, shooting and everyday pottering about for work.
Not very mechanically minded (to say the least), but have managed to fix a few small issues that it had and I am currently 'future proofing' by replacing the few bits that rust has got to. I have a list of jobs to work on, which I am sure will never end. Am enjoying bodging it in the meantime however
