New Landy owner here and my 130 needs new tyres as I keep getting punctures in my inner tube... (I didn't even know cars had inner tubes until my first flat... now on my third.)

I think I have Wolf wheels at the minute and my current mish-mash of tyres are 7.5 - 16c.
I want to put Goodrich AT's on but I cant find them listed in the above size format.

Im guessing my tyres are now (7.5)190-..-16. My question is what size tyres would I be able to fit on my wheels without getting any problems with rubbing etc?
I hope iv been clear enough!

Thanks

You may have rusty rims?
When you have punctures are they able to say where it was?
Unsure of largest tyres I still run 7.50x16

I had some cheap and nasty 7.50's that kept getting punctures. The tyre shop told me the tubes were rubbing on lumps and imperfections in the tyre walls.

Tube type tyres are a different construction to tubeless.
You're not supposed to use tubes in tubeless tyres, but many people have done using talc or similar as a dry lube between the tube and the tyre
As has been said, of you have rusty wheels, the sharp edges can poke holes in no time

I haven’t taken it to the shop yet but all 3 times have been in the same tyre and we did find an imperfection on the inside last time which we suspected, hopefully be able to tell tomorrow!
The only tyres they are offering me 7.50-16c are general or grabber and I don’t want either of this especially as they are same price as bf’s

The obvious answer is to swop to tubeless.
265/75x16 is an equivalent height to the old 7.50x16 and any of the major brands will give you years of trouble-free motoring with excellent grip, wear & handling (BFG, Copper, General Grabber etc).
Firstly check if your current rims will take tubeless tyres (this may be the cause of your problems?) and if not get some replacements that do. Consider a set of built-up wheels / tyres which will bolt straight on, usually make financial sense and makes it an easy job carried out on the driveway.

Wolf rims are 6.5” wide and that is too narrow to fit 265width bfg according to the manufacturer recommendations. If you want to keep the current wheel you would need 235/85 bfg’s if you want the wider 265/75 then You need a 7-8” rim width.

If you go for a set new wheels and tyres (often some goods guys on ebay with a full set costing about the same or less than a set of tyres) make sure you get the wheel nuts to suit the wheels, alloy nuts are different to steel wheel nuts and different torque settings.
