Hi I have a p38 for my sins. It is one of the few cars on the market that will curtsey to enable the wife to get in and out as she is disabled, and it is big enough for the great Danoodle to stand up in!!
Couple of questions think that head gaskets are dying so I need to change them with the engine in situ is it possible to change piston rings as she blows blue smoke after going back on power after overrun.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi mate, welcome to LZ.
What engine does your p38 have, dsl or v8? Smoke after re applying power after deceleration could be valve stem seals.
Re post in the Rangie Rover section, the experts on these beasts reside there, plenty of info on tap.
