New guy on the page. I have had my Range Rover ('96 4.6HSE with an RPI twin tank LPG conversion) for two years now. I have experienced most of the horrors, short block engine rebuild, air suspension rebuild, transmission rebuild, wobbly new shape tyres, lpg blowing up, thefts from vehicle, gearbox rebuild, retro fit audio systems and finally now a strange vibration at speed.
I wouldn't change the car for the world, well maybe a new shape one!!!! But the best car i have ever driven and capable of towing anything!!!!! I use it for anything and everything and still proves to be very capable, if maybe a little unreliable.....

i have only had my 96 RR 2.5DT for a few months. in that time its had a new head gasket, heads skimmed, new serpantine belt & tensioner. but like you said, i wouldnt change it for anything :)
