Anybody could show a cardboard box, show us the shiny stuff in it man .
Andy Anderson skim it by any chance? He did mine mate. So:
New (G) is £250 delivered
Refurb is £192 delivered
New starter ring is £52
New dowels are £5
Skim (1 hour drive) Fife = £70
No brainer really.
Off to Kircaldy tomorrow.
Yes, he's good isn't he.Andy Anderson skim it by any chance? He did mine mate.
That reverse light switch wiring looks different to mine or the standard fitting ?
With parts like this on mine I made up a short adapter loom with an econoseal plug on one end and spade on the other so that future replacements are a straight fit rather than needing modification before fitting. I had the opposite problem of a late model 300tdi harness onto a 200tdi and tl77 combo.I think it's the 'new', mine is just 2 wires with spades ... soon to be converted to lucas connectors.
He sure is. The equipment he has in his workshop is amazing. The machine that skims flywheels is nearly one hundred years old! Got a few more jobs to go back to him. Thank god for lads with his skill.Yes, he's good isn't he.
I was well impressed.
Looks good, it will be a shame to get it dirty.
