Hi there,

i'm not really new here as i've been on this forum on the Freelander pages for a while but i've recently agreed to buy a 1998 defender 110 van of my mate with a view to converting it into a stealth camper for cheeky overnighters and general tomfoolery!!
I pick it up in a few weeks as he's getting a couple of jobs done and a MOT on it.

which all means i'll be selling my Freelander 1 soon if anyone is interested. I look forward to chatting more with knowledgeable defender folks.

Lots of good help and advice here. Don’t forget some pics of the new Landy too!

Make sure you invest in some decent security measures. Landies are very popular with thieves.
 
she did get through Ok and i picked her up in October :)
heres a pic from when i first got her, been fettling ever since!!
