But not legal to drive a vehicle in a dangerous condition, with or without an MOT. as mentioned earlier the tester cant physically stop you from drive it away if he says it is dangerous and should not be driven but you will be breaking the law if you do.
Didn't know they tested yer anus as well... would be classed as tampering by an anal tester!
