New From North East, NEED ENGINE P38

HI everyone
am new to land rovers always wanted range rover now av got one only purchased few weeks ago, thought i got a pritty good deal on P38 2.5 DSE on R plate 7 month Tax n Test £1500?. but now had major problems with water boiling pushing it out ect, so my good freind striped it down and turns out to be cracked head and could be more problems he recons, his freind told him that the timming tool are really expenise to get hold of and hard work to do, so to eliminate all problems we have been advised a new engine,

so i was thinking if any you guys have any engines or could do the work on currant engine of course i would pay.
i am in darlington county durham

and you will need another £2k put aside to fix all the elecktrickery,and air suspension problems,there not renowned for there reliability

Mate search google for Teessdale Land Rover in Staindrop near Barnard Castle, only had limited experience with them but so far, all good and not bad prices either.

I had a DT about three years ago, loved her hence now back on P38s although now with a V8

Any other issues, give me a shout as I did allot of work on mine, although never touched the engine.
