Hi Gang,
Been lurking here for years, and used to have an account on various Landrover forums back in around 08 when I first met my darling TD5 110, 'Nessie'. Cant find my old accounts so thought I'd start afresh.
Since then we've been all over the UK and the Pyrenees together, left the military, moved house numerous times, been to university, fitted a new Bulkhead, suspension, gearbox, and she now sports a full Campervan interior and a Roof Tent, all manner of quirky electrics and a rotten rear cross member and a very droopy engine.
I work at sea now so spend 2 months at a time in a flurry of activity and then she gets tucked up dry in a Welsh barn when I'm away.
This winter she may well be getting a new chassis and a full rebuild if I can source a workshop space near our new home in Portsmouth. If so there will be a full build thread covering the challenge of a new chassis and respray in 6 weeks!
