neglected 110 TD5

I have neglected by 110 csw for too long and need to get round to sorting some bits on her. one thing in particular - that clunking noise from drivehaft /gearbox (i have heard and felt it on a lot of landrovers) - can anything be done about this? the UJs seem fine and not worn. what sort of play should i expect if i rotate the rear driveshaft. shes done 100k
any help appreciated.

Not sure about play but have u checked drive flange? Mine were scored badly before they were changed
