Need roof bar trim piece

Morning all

Went out to the Freebie this morning to discover one of the local scrotes has ripped off and stolen the front end piece from the passenger side roof bar.

Does anyone know where I can order a set? Tried fleabay but cant see any on there.

Mines a 3 door 2001 Freebie 1 if that makes any difference.

your going to have fun im afraid

can't remember which side , but one is available from Land Rover the other is obsolete

a breakers etc may be the best ,

good luck buddy and hope u do indeed get one

ive still got to put mine on and thought about using cable ties etc to try and prevent this from happening due to the rarity

Thanks for letting me know. I'll try the local breakers yards first. I never seem to have any luck with Landrover directly, so I think thats the best route...

Next question, how do they come off? I dont want to break any I find when removing them

they pull straight up and off ,

inside is small round plastic inserts , have thought about gluing the things on but would never be able to get them off , to gain access to the screws , that's why I thought about the cable ties

or a security screw through them somehow and not destroying them

breakers is the best ,

think it's madness that one is available to order from the dealers , whilst the other is obsolete

ps saw a set on ebay once for over £100 just for the two front trims , some people have been forced to buy another roof rails that come with them
