need help to confirm tyre sizes

hi can some one confirm .are tyre size 750/16 the same size as 235/85/16. as i always use 235/85/16 and i can buy 750/16 and the seller recons they are the same size as 235/85/16.but i wanted to get it confirmed on here as a seller will tell u anything.

might be the same hight ie;outside diamiter but width will be wider 235 means they are 235mm wide across the tread and the 85 refers to the hight ie; 85% of the 235mm
