If your good with spanners just go here & see if they have pads in stock & you could fit these.I’ve found the issue, I lost the breaking pad View attachment 273499
Early pins used split pins, later had R clips.Stand to be corrected, but looking at your photo shouldn't there also be retaining two pins per caliper to go through the holes in the caliper & the corresponding holes in the brake pads?
And a spring?

Be an idea to have a look at the other side to see if anything's missing there too.
Yeah, pins, split pins and spring are missing too. I’m really confused about this how two split pins get lost…hopefully these parts are also available tomorrow…
Yes we will try this….parts are available on Monday. It’s only complicated to get a room with 2 dogs…You could just spend the weekend in Fort William, I'm sure the garage will have the part's on Monday
Why on earth would you skip Inverness?I'm to far away (Lanark) but there are places where you can get the needed parts, D&M in Tain (north of Inverness) and Strathearn Engineering (nerar Perth) spring to mind.
Strathearn are real cowboys and will charge you an arm and a leg, D&M are a better bet, You can get a bus to Fort William and a train to Inverness and a bus to Tain in approx 4 hours.
Call them on 07867596017 - i'm sure they'd be more than happy to help.
Euro parts are good. They carry most parts & if not get them next dayWhy on earth would you skip Inverness?
Highland Motor parts was open until 12.30pm, Eurocarparts are open, shut at 4pm.

If you go to a garage they may say you need a disk, can’t see much damage
