Need a balljoint in Cheshire!

Hi folks,

Had a balljoint on the link between the 2 wheels on my defender start to go bad on my drive up to see my parents. Need to head back for work near the south coast on wednesday afternoon, and would like to replace it before the journey.

Does anyone know of a parts shop near to Crewe or Whitchurch in Cheshire that will be open on Weds morning, or does anyone have a spare in their garage anyone near?

Don't know how far from these you are, and most places will be open again on Wednesday.

Went to Landranger in Middlewich today, got the balljoint no problem.

Must say, top notch parts lady there, very efficient and cheery. No discount though!

Yup she's really switched on finding parts. If you'd asked, I wouldn't have been surprised if they couldn't have fitted it for you as well.
They're very helpful although they do use Br****rt bits.
