hi guys just purchased a cable off eBay and tested it worked with navcoder earlier, anyway it worked, (i've since purchased navcoder) any way when i read & checked my LCM i noticed a load of bulb check warning are unchecked is this normal on the L322 or have they been manually changed? if anyone has a screen shot of what the LCM should be set at of a list it would be appreciated.
from memory i can only remember 3 of the unchecked lights, they were fog lights, brake lights and trailer lights, but there were several others, it was only items like dip/high beam sidelights & indicators that were checked in a mixture of cold or warm checks. hopefully i'll get connected to the car in the morn and get a pic of what is activated.

just been & plugged navcoder back in, attached is how my lcm is set up, i should have thought the warning boxes should be checked on at least some of the lights, and lamp check seems to be switched off on a few things too, how should this be set up? i have seen another post where the lcm has been accessed by a different software and cold monitoring is set for high & low beam, front fogs and indicators the warning is set for pretty much everything else.

Could spec the software and cable you are using??

I have both a BMW 740 and the L322.....I use INPA on the BMW and also have Navcoder for the BMW too.....but neither of which I can get any sensible response from on the L322....

Could you let me know which cable you have and also the Nvcoder software etc....could be handy!

Hi saint i bought this cable
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-Diagn...hash=item4af94e2cc5:m:meNdDq5JQKbpZGytVY54AAQ

comes with various bmw software inpa etc etc, managed to access/code the mk4 nav unit, ulf, lcm,tv & radio modules plus managed to scan all the i/k bus modules for error codes and clear them and was there a lot registering. i have 4 on the lcm however i can't clear. and even though i can read the DSP amp, i can't code it, but it works, it has been changed however as it's got a different vin number so it's a shame i can't change it.
i also managed to access & test parking sensors so i know know i have 2 faulty front sensors

navcoder i'm using the latest beta version

Hey bud, just read your post and it’s exactly the issue I’m having, I need to access the LCM. I have NavCoder and a K+DCAN Cable. I’m trying to access the LCM but NavCoder doesn’t seem to recognize. It gives me a timeout error, no response from device. Any idea how I could get this working so I can access the LCM?

to be honest no, i've never been able to access the lcm to code read it, tried a few different tools now, i can adjust default settings though with allcomms
Oh shoot, I see. I currently have that K+Dcan cable and am going to try to use the APSOFT BMW Scanner 1.4.0.6 today, see if I can make a connection.
