NATO towing electric adapter

As my defender is ex military it has a NATO hook up for electrics and I wanted to keep it original so I made a adapter so that I can tow either civvy or NATO trailers -)

I did the same but I left the cable about 2 meters long so that I can tuck the female socket safely out of the way. I had to make mine because the trailer I bought had the socket cut off and replaced with a civvy one, which seems to be very common. I thought at least if I made the adapter, I could tow other NATO trailers where the socket was chopped.

I'm curious though, how are you going to tow civvy trailers with a NATO hitch?

Ah of course. I have dual towing on the chassis is the original nato hitch and i added a civvy towbar below it
