Well after being told off by Sean and Trucky. Today was spent stripping the decking off the back of the Series 2. This revealed a distint lack of body mounting brackets and some kind sole has even taken off the tailgat brackets. This was the least of the problems as the offside rear overhung the crossmember by an inch.
Upon further investigation we found this
Can anyone see anything missing???
This is the other side.
This is how they had got around not using another bulkhead foot.

Hmmm why is one side of the chassis 1" shorter then the other.
Oh thats why. Some Tits welded the new back half chassis wrongly.
Started peeling back the chassis so it can be moved back out

at least its got 61cm,s each side now upto them outriggersyea wunt a bad day out,the littlun got to see his red arrows and his spitfire so he was happy,was abit ****ed off at the fuzz directin traffic out the place ffs,did,nt plan on goin back home via fekin telford:doh: but dint av much choice
