Just shows what can be achieved at home!
I enjoy fabrication myself but having a bit of trouble sparing the time at the moment.

Your thread has inspired me to carry out similar mods on our truck which can only be a good thing......

I am most interested in the spray gun you are using to paint your extras. (hvlp)
I see it in one of your pics.

What type do you have. I hope to purchase one but am not after a professional one, just something to give me a better finish than my paint brush, on say axles and springs etc. There is so much on the web, especially on amazon i am not sure what to get. Nozzle size etc.

Any advice on what to get would be great.

Ideally buy second hand in a good make

I have a devilbiss sri that is quite a few years old now and has a 0.8 fluid tip, it's ideal for all sorts of jobs and can be had second hand on eBay nice and cheap

**** sprayguns don't work very well and spray
Painting is something that really matters, the gun makes the job, much more so than many other types of hand tool

Even devilbiss gti is cheap enough

We've got an old devilbiss JGA-545 too which is a suction feed gun and not at all HVLP

but it still works like new and it is around 30 years old

Hi, ..... perhaps it is one the most cheapest spray gun the market.
Another option is as says Sam.

..... will wait for pictures of the process of building, so can inspire someone else

Now not my up to girls,

See the problem, my front brake calipers are one inlet tube.
New calipers are two entrances Discovery 200Tdi, Range Rover Classic, Defender.
Catalog numbers are correct № RTC6777G и RTC6776G

peter,mark has written on that thread just to use one inlet and blank the other hole of with a blanking plug.are your brake discs solid or vented??.have you changed then to vented if yes??

Brake discs solid front/rear.
I wanted to make a change.

ok,they have sent you dual brake system calipers,so either make a t piece up to use both inlets into the one brake pipe,or block one inlet off.

A T piece is the only way to fix it as they are two separate sides.

What if they two rounds of the braking system,
then I can not clog one input.

Tomorrow will scavenging air, Another option is to do new nipple with one input and two outputs.

Ahhh, these Land Rover.

If you want to use the new parts that you have then making the "T" fitting is the easiest solution as it only needs a few extra parts to make it work.

Or send your calipers back and exchange for correct single port type.

It was an intended swap on my own project but dismissed as the vented discs are not happy when they get filled with mud, solid are fine for off road as drilled and grooved eat pads when grit gets into the holes and grooves.
