the injector pump has at least one bleed point on it (maybe two), find that and bleed what air you can out of it manually, nip it back up and then crack one or two injector unions and crank it over ..
this should release the remains of the air, nip them back up, a little heater plugs (20 seconds or so) and she "should" start
you could possibly try easy start if the heaters aren't working just don't be too generous applying it, have someone cranking it and squirt little shots down the inlet manifold, just short tsst tsst tssst shots to get it to fire gently on the easy start whilst cranking, if you're applying too much you'll definitely hear clattering and banging inside the engine until it clears
or the other method is to use a blowtorch down the manifold which draws hot air in to assist it to start, this is a lot gentler starting method to easy start
