Disco 2 MTF94 Gearbox Oil

Hi Folks
Has anyone used This Stuff (it seems too cheap for 5L) for the manual gearbox?
Is it OK, or should I stick to original main stealer supply?

From what I've read here on the forum in the past, Smith & Allan are respected suppliers and seeing as the LR recommended oil for the Disco 2 manual gearbox is MTF94 and that stuff is being sold as MTF94, I wouldn't think you've too much to worry about.

Changed my gearbox oil with that one (from them) Feb 2013 and it's been fine. Would recommend it and them!

Now the transfer box and diffs....it needs 75W/90R
I notice the same company do 75W/90 See Here but no 'R' at the end. What does the 'R suffix mean? It is GL4/5 ?

Havent a clue what the R means, itd never interested me, but with any oil that is GL 4 or 5 means its compatible with both specs
