While messing with my off side free wheeling hub the other day I thought it was time to check any movement in the bearings. Did the usual thing- jacked up the corner and had a jiggle N,S E n W.
Found some movement north and south. Tightened the nut one castlation and still a minute wobble. Went another three teeth with no reduction in movement. The other side is fine.
I can’t move the sodding thing from under the heap looking for something else moving so what do you recon it might be before I tear the axle off.
