So the winch build is all finished, still need to plumb all the wiring in and run a switch to the dash but that's for another time.
Bumper back on and the fairlead fits nicely, flush just behind the number plate, just how I'd planned. I'll get some QR 1/4 turn fasteners for the number plate sometime soon so it's readily accessible.
Took me a bit longer than I'd planned, probably 12 man hours all in, but I'm pleased with the result. A few niggles to overcome on the way like the PAS pipe next to the rad, trying to work out how far forward it should sit to be flush with the bumper, then today I realised the L brackets were 20mm too short to line up with the outside bolts on the chassis rail, so had to weld two strips on those to extend them.
