as above...if its got a large gaping hole then yes, if it leaks out over the course of a week then should be fine. I would get it dirty if you done a soapy water test or at least clean the other bags to make it less conspicuous. Whatever happens you should get it fixed ASAP to avoid burning out the compressor.

The general condition of the airbags is of concern to the tester, normally they will just warn you if they appear to be aged or cracked, but if they detect even a hint of a leak - they should fail you.

They won't test the operation of the air suspension other than noting whether the car is on it bump stops or not!

It's an easy and not too expensive job to replace the airbags, leaving it will just knacker your compressor as well as being possibly dangerous and add to your costs.
If the suspension will not rise and the tester notices the flashing lights, he ought to fail it.

If it's bad and he's mean you might fail on headlight alignment.

If the car's not sitting level he should fail it anyway - regardless of headlight adjustment!
