I found this forum whilst using a well known search engine in order to get some advice or a remedy for a fault on my Discovery 3 and found help inside 30 seconds! (See pic) Really astonished at the depth of knowledge and experience running through the threads and I'll enjoy picking your respective brains.

Welcome - stick around there are quite a few with 3's on here and slowly growing as time moves on
I bought one 6 weeks ago and loving every minute of it

I would say if you haven't got a diagnostic fault code reader, invest in one.
Best money saving idea for owning a Discovery 3.
Don't waste money by trying to save money on it wither.
Buy a GAP IID tool preferably the Bluetooth version, allows you to use your mobile phone or tablet with it.
Very simple to use and understand
Here's a few screenshots from it

The tool itself

I'm up for that chaps....looking to go for my first (non scratchy) greenlane run so let's see about getting a date sorted out. Bear in mind I've never off-loaded before though !

what about spring time , having all my cam belts etc replaced in jan so need a little time to recover, lol

got to try and find some decent lanes , ones that won't harm any paintwork

maybe @bankz5152 would like to join us

don't worry if you've never been off road, u won't be on ur own so if any of us get stuck it won't be a problem

i've got some recovery strops and shackles

doesn't matter what pace we go , all about having fun along the way

must chase the council again in the new year about vehicle access lanes

no probs guys

once i get some lane details will indeed let u guys know

will then need to drive them to see how they are , would need another person with me though

as i never go off road on my own , safer in numbers

may take some time as the council aren't exactly quick in responding

unless anyone else knows of some decent off roading in kent

think the main thing everyone wants is

non damaging and clear of thorn bushes etc

can then post details on the landy LZ sections, think it will be nice to get all models of landy to come along , old and new
