I had some material left over from the headlining revamp that I did last week, so I thought it'd be a good idea to use this to rejuvenate the seat box.

It already had a pleather cover, but it didn't cover that much and left lots of bare metal exposed.

As it was foam backed with the pleather front, it probably actually did more for heat / sound proofing than what I now have on there, but hey-ho, it looks better now!

Check the pics.

Boo - just realised that I have run out of spray glue. Anyone know anywhere near Derby that would sell High Temp Spray Glue?

I'd like to get the rest done this weekend now!!!

B&Q sell spray glue but cant be sure its high temp although for the lower bulkhead Im not sure how hot it would get. The normal spray glue might be ok?

Yet I have some of that from B&Q, but it just doesn't seem as stick!

I might try it as it is such an easy thing to get to if it does peel off.

How about the door cards? I'm thinking about covering mine as they have seen better days

I have thought about the door cards, but I'm not sure if it would just be too much and make it look a bit amateurish?!?!?

I did however do the tunnel and bulkhead covers which I think has added to the whole look massively.

I also sprayed the sun visors to make them blend in a little more!

i love the cup holder you have mounted on top of your tunnel in the above picture, can you tell me where you got it from

It was an ebay purchase! Never seen them since, so I can't really help you out there unfortunately.

I actually converted the right hand side into an iPhone charger by glueing a USB cable into the bottom of it which is wired into the electrics.

I was planning on putting a USB socket on my defender somewhere so I can plug any USB device in. I'm sure they are about £20 ish.

by the way the boxes look really good you've inspired me to do mine up as they let the car down at the moment.

I got my charger wiring from Powerlinkproducts.

They don't actually sell what I have anymore, but the link above will take you to a useful product ;) Mine actually just terminates as a female USB cable, so I can plag anything USB into it. I have an iPhone 4 cable wired into the base of a cup holder (now for the wife's phone as I have upgraded to an iPhone 5). I also cut up and old mouse matt and glued it into layers, then cut an iPhone shaped hole into it so that it sits nicely in the cup holder.
