Modified H/D rear bumper

Hi y'all

Messing about with ideas for the rebuild. Will be putting on H/D bumpers but has anyone made or got a rear non-tubular H/D bumper without the endcaps? Every single non-tubular H/D bumper I've seen seems to have copied them into their design, but I wonder if they are really necessary if the bumper extends around the sides a little. I have seen the John Craddock jobbie at << http://www.johncraddockltd.co.uk/la...-duty-rear-bumper-4mm-steel-discovery-2-.html >> but it seems it's not available for a D1; are they totally incompatible?

You can get them! A lad on here was making some! DrEvil may also be able to help although I have no idea if he is still selling stuff like that anymore!
