Fitted the battery connectors this morning, quite a simple job but needed to buy a 35mm step drill bit to drill the holes. Didn't bother fusing them...

Your either a very brave man or...........
As a very small, scaled down, experimental model you could get a new PP3 battery and lie a bunch of wire wool across the two terminals. Don't do it inside the house though!
