Couple of questions that I hope people can help with:

1: My landy has developed a problem when starting from hot. It's a 2 1/4 petrol model, had no problems starting when cold or warm but when hot (been running for 20 mins or so) it wont start again until it's cooled down. After googling for hours I think it could be an issue with th fuel vapourising which can be cured with a carb raising part but mine seems to have this already (raised it 3/4 inch off the manifold). Is this a common problem and any advice would be greatly received as it's getting boring waiting for half an hour before it'll restart.

2: Whilst poking around the engine bay I found i've missing some of the inner wing/tinware in the engine bay - a small part (maybe 6 inches square) on the lower right hand side of the engine bay (so passenger side inner wing/engine bay). There look to be some holes in the surrounding metal where a part was probably previously attached but searching online I cant find a parts diagram anywhere that would show this part. Does anyone have an exploded view diagram of all body panels/parts?

Thanks. Have found a parts diagram in the workshop manual now.

Any advice on the hot starting problem and whether it's common?

Thanks all, have had a good play with it today and does look like the fuel is vapourising when warm. So guess I'll live with it or change to an electric fuel pump
