Tamworth way. I don't think I'd be comfortable just stopping and saying "Interested in selling the 90" tbh, but I was hopeful that on a forum like this someone might know someone selling something original/unmolested etc.

Seems the "Wanted" section doesn't get too many views though.

oooh ah kinda kno him , he built his extesnion then when it wer finished he's srtipped his blue defender to the chassis :rolleyes: dont look too bad, but yer never kno, thers on off the roundabout to the left in the new houses petrol 2a, wants £1200 for it with a trailer thrown in , then thers on to the right towards rickerscote, under a sheet , blue 2a truck cab not for sale tho

as fer nockin on folks doors to see if ther for sale, :D thats how i got all mine
 
I'm just in the process of Googling any specialist (repair/servicing) that I can find in the Midlands to ask them if they can pass on my details to anyone they may know who is thinking of selling - appreciate any suggestions as I'm going off what Google turns up.

Yes, Marc has been very quick to reply whenever I've checked, unfortunately it's just been to confirm that he's still not got anything.

Basically I think that I know of anywhere that is a "proper" dealer/specialist by now via Auto Trader and eBay but as I said I'm sure there are places that are mainly spares/servicing that I don't know of but who may know someone who's selling.

I know of the main ones like Roean and Craddocks and I've just found about 10 via Google.
 
get yer self a copy of LRO or something then look thru the fersales, thers even that ebay site, dunno if they have landrovers on there ??

OK let's say my postcode is "B79 7PD" - be interested which the folks on here think look like good genuine 90's that aren't too far away as, and admittedly I'm still learning, most of them just look like junk - yes I'm fickle but I don't see many 1 or 2 owner original ones.
 
Still looking - Silkstone have a very nice looking 1999 hard top with side windows but it just feels a bit much for what it is possibly, not sure.

As ever if anyone knows of anyone selling anything please let me know (the "Wanted" section here seems to get very few views).
 
I got mine from Nene Overland.
Nice crew over there, ask for Andrew, he was/is very helpful in getting me sorted out.
 
DLS are a landy specalist, so not a dealer as such but whenever i went there they were selling one or two.Worth a shot and they also mod motas so ya might get a beast
