If you go by thread depth any MT tire should have you cover for life, yours not the tire's. The 18 year old ones I replaced last year still haf as much thread as the new ones, the old ones were hard enough to not budge a bit when the pressure was decreased by a bar, from 3.5 to 2.something.

Those Michelin ones do look interesting, did they go, originally, with the 5 spoke Vogues rims? I have a couple of those lying around buy no tires... Origibal spec Michelins would look good!

I assume so, mine are the standard Vogue rims, painted grey with the 3 slots.
Had them refurb'd a couple of years ago.
