Hi
you don't believe what the weather people say,They said here near liverpool we would have cold dry weather and all it did was rain.
You can get a better forecast by just looking out of your window first thing in the morning.

well they said it would snow here in Stoke-on-Trent and it has about 1 and a half-2 inches at the moment although now and again it seems to melt a bit but the night cold is coming now so it will probably be there in the morning
