I shouldn't be surprised if they do another in the year, was rammed.

Think I will be selling half a disco and wooden boxes at this rate.

If your going to make drawers, i made this from 18mm plywood.



3/4 width, goes all the way back to the bulkhead. Took me a couple days doing a few hours a day. Was a pain in the ass to get the drawer runners lined up but got there in the end. Fully varnished and carpeted.

Much cheaper than the aluminium alternative. I wouldnt do it again though!

Can get 18mm ply for £15/sheet if I get 20 sheets. Got the room. New table saw on the way. Workshop up by end of feb.

I did one box from 1 and a half sheets of 18mm. Think it was 1210x980

And still had some left over for a roof shelf.

I already had the 100kg runners, there the expensive bits. I used 4!

Jeez. That's a big box then. What goes in it? Tools?

3hrs work and fifty quid later.....

Was thinking basic boxes to start, then get flasher as I fine tune.

Bring the bits to mine and I'll build it.

Pop down and have a look in person.

I'll see the guides etc. Away at the min with work so on phone.
