Making the leap. P38 - l322

The split between P38 & L322 problems gets closer to 50/50 every day.

It will become like that as the L322 becomes older and cheaper they will become less feasible to have repaired by dealers, cheaper to DIY repair and more likely to go wrong.
Going forward the sports and later L322 will start to appear but it will be a while until we see an L405.....

I was reading a post somewhere where a guy was on his third or fourth Range Rover from new and everyone had major issues in the first few years of life but were covered by warranty. You then get a few years where cars are worth £20 - 40k and still driven by people who can afford garage bills and I guess when they drop under £10K you could very easily spend as much again with a few serious issues if repaired by a dealer so people like me pick up a 'bargain' with the intent of fixing it up.
Saying that there must be 1000's of L322 drivers that never end up on this forum

The p38 driver's have the day off, the L322 drivers are at work trying to earn more money to keep them on the road.:p:D

That's true, i'm only here typing as i got the winter stomach bug.:(

Its the only time i have felt sick and sh*t myself more since i first took the rangey to a garage :D
