We're dropping the big marquee but we have two others sorted and should have flooring sorted soon with hopefully a third kids space. Also looking at options for providing our own bar.
The food side will be much more sorted this year and recces have started for the laning.
After a slight panic over numbers and finances it's coming together nicely
Any thoughts about name badges? There's a limit to how often I can walk up to the same person saying"And who the hell are you?
If nothing else I've got a roll of self adhesive stickers we could write our name(s) on, either real, imaginary or both
think there are going to be lanyards with name badges
There is and the good news is we've managed to save a bit more cash by having them all with the same name on
Brilliant, is everyone rosie then?
All together now.....
(in the voice of Ethyl Merman) Everything's coming up rosie for me and for youuuuuu
Yes and I'm very excited because you promised me cake .
There's going to be.......wait for it.....
*struggles into shorts and school cap*
A WHOLE LOTTA ROSIEEE. .....
I will bring cake! what flavour did you want?
If anyone sings AC/DC at me i'm off.
Didn't get a chance to measure the shelter but apparently it's about 20ft long by about 8ft wide at the bottom. Obviously it tapers up to nothing like a triangle. The posts are about 7ft tall and the roof starts about 2ft6in above the ground. So it might be trial n error for the 5ft screen.
Maybe pin a white sheet to it somehow??

The Screen is 90" so if we keep it low it could be a perfect Den for the kids!
Roy is currently hiding out in the desert somewhere in the Far East but I have the keys for his house so I can steal the projector
There is going to be a lot of setting up to do on the day so all hands are welcome.
