LZ 10th Anniversary Celebratory Meet- 9/10/11th May 2014

Okay update.
The event will be in country parkland with views of country estate, plentyful clean toilets and shower facilities and suitable for all the family.

From discussions hog roast and selection of largers & real ales to be announced soon.

Children's activities and entertainment.

Of course, hoping freelander drivers, range rover drivers and land rover enthusiasts of all ages have a great time

More details very very soon- it's going to be superb, parking for day visitors and a massive marquee for socalising etc whatever the weather.

Well just in the only series ambulance with mobile broadband and ipod connection- earlier i was in the back with blue beasty as driver and the forums nurse riding up front.

i've been having the same thought's to..

Plan is to sell it and buy a cheap runaround that doesn't cost £300 a month to run..

There was a scarey moment or two when I looked in me wing mirror and thought I was being chased by drug dealers

Entertainment at the birthday bash - chuck pennies at the Pikey.

You could charge extra for sharpened or heated ones.

That's sad to hear but I know where you are coming from. I came very close about 18 months ago but work took a turn for the better and it all turned out good. Keeping my fingers crossed for ya mate.

On another not, the visit today was good. We did plan to sit down and get more plans sorted tonight but the journey back was a bit longer than plans and the little people needed rest, Roy and the kids decided to go home too:bounce::bounce:

The place looks really good and I'm getting really good feelings about this now.
The massive marquee that we talked about was 50ftx30ft! I think,...i'ts bloody massive either way, and will come packed with lighting and a hard floor to help keep feet warm and dry. The camping pod looks ace and the toilets and showers will be just the ticket for making everyone feel at home.

More details will follow officially but this is looking like it will be a cheap but brilliant family weekend for all:5bhurray:
