What's that plug under the heater hoses by the the drivers side rocker cover? Lpg related? I can't see the lpg ecu anywhere! I wonder if it's on the other side of the bulkhead behind the glove box?

I did wonder about that plug too as it didn't look standard. I will have to trace the wire back, the wire from the dash indicator disappears off to the left so it would make sense that is in behind the glove box.

So it was larger diameter? You still have the TBH pipes connected? Next job check TBH for drips, could be your slight leak.;):D
Are we talking about the same image?
You can just see the side of the brake fluid reservoir...

We have a kia that is lpg and when we got it the vaporizer was leaking. We couldn't get spares for it so just replaced it with a similar one from lpgshop.co.uk for about £40. Very helpful people, will point you in the right direction and let you choose which one, not try and push the most expensive ones your way.

Well I have found the vapouriser online but out of stock https://tinleytech.co.uk/shop/lpg-p...ion/bigas-ri-21-sgis-double-reducervaporiser/
So looks like spares might be available.
The guys at Tinley are extremely helpful.
I recently bought an evaporator gasket set, replacement LPG fuel solenoid, fuel filter and a couple of other bits'n'bobs.
I'm no mechanic by any stretch of the imagination, but with an engineering-competant friend looking over my shoulder encouraging - more like barking orders - at me, I managed to get my BRC LPG system running much better.
There is also Autogas 2000 Leisure Ltd at Thirsk 01845-523213. Ask for Jon..he is also very helpful.
Good luck...I'm sure you'll be chuffed to get your LPG up and running. It'll be like getting a rebate from HMRC every time you fill up at 73p/ltr or thereabouts....

I have that one if i recall the number. The spares kit is no longer produced, but a more modern kit contains o-rings and the diaphragm, the rest of the kit didn't fit.
As my vapourisers have done many miles, i would have been better just buying new versions instead of just the kit. Worth seeing what condition yours are in but I'll bet they are similar as mine
A Bisexual LPG evaporator...who'd have thunk it!

It's a work around if the throttle body heater starts leaking.the flow and return pipes usually fit there Mike
On my BRC installation, those "tees" are where the coolant pipes feed my evaporator. If that was my car, the evaporator would not be heated at all. The feed for my throttle body heater is nowhere near where that U-bend / bypass is.

Well I have traced the cables and they disappeared into the main loom which seemed a bit odd. Anyway after some poking about I found the lpg ecu. It turns out it is a swap out for the original bosch ecu and it lives ironically in the ecu box behind the battery. Who would have thought that it was hiding in plain sight.
