Hello Everybody

I have a 4.6 vogue 2000 it has a BIGAS system fitted in 2006 it has been running OK but I am sure it can run a lot sweeter?

on tick over it does seem to run lumpy I have been told there is diagnostic stuff out there that can sort this? but I dont know where to start if I am honest...

Do we have any LPG gurus who can point me in the correct direction?

Any help would be greatly received cheers...

Kieran

thats the kit i was on about that does basically all of em, do you know the model of the kit?

you do need to know what the connector looks like too.
download the manual for your car and check out that box in the engine bay passenger side!!!

Chances are you LPG ecu will be behind the battery where the old gems ecu would be. I would suspect you vaporiser is a little tired and needs a tweak to get the delivery pressure up.

To tune one of these systems properly you really need to have two systems running parallel. The LPG software to make adjustments and Testbook or similar to watch the actual short term trims that the petrol ecu is using. This way you can make sure that the LPG is administering the correct amount to mimick what the petrol ecu would do if runnning on petrol. It takes a bit of doing, but its worth it as the long term trims are good for both fuels and the petrol ecu is far more happy, emissions and power will be good on both fuels.
BTW the bloke from WTV selling the software and leads is a grumpy knowall git - if you buy from him just dont expect too much if you phone for help.
