LP HP Fuel Pump Help PLEASE!

Hi, I just changed my TD4 LP(2004 wheel arch) fuel pump as the old one sounded like it had no bushes left and I had intermitant fuel error via OBD/PC with the odd splutter now and then.

All fitted with fuel squirting from the return pipe but nothing comming out of the HP to rail outlet!

Am I missing something? the LP pump primed itself, do I have to prime the HP pump? is there a something I'm missing!

HP pump is fine, it appears to be under voltage from the LP sensor that is stopping the HP pump from running.

Replaced LP sensor but still getting the same 1.3ish volts from it.

Cleaned the in tank pick up but it made no difference.

Anybody know what the voltage should be?
