Low dash heater vents question

It's a disco 200.
Defender 200 would have the turbo sticking up as would the 300.
It's a 200 out of a disco

Aha maybe i didnt state it was from a disco . Thanks for the info.

My bonnet sits on top of the thing on the lower right of pic and is sitting high. If i change that for a disco air filter ( im guesing thats what it is) would that let the bonnet sit in the right place?

Sorry for my mistake!

(note, however, that the 300s turbo certainly hangs down, not up)

Which was my error - forgot that disco 200s had it down.

Defo a 200tdi discovery engine
as said get the timing belt done first, you can tidy the engine bay up as you go along
