Loud ticking noise

Hi I have seen loads of threads on here about ticking noises but would like your expert ears on the noise coming from my car
It is a 1999 vogue SE 4.6.
She had a Turner built recon engine fitted in 2016 and only done a few thousand miles since. She also had new cylinder heads and components in 2018, 2000 miles ago.
I bought the car a couple of weeks ago and drove it 300 miles home. Drive well apart from this noise. The noise is the same hot and cold and is audible from inside the car. All plugs look clean and are a good colour. the noise is worse on the left hand side ie where the EASE pump is.

Vacuum leak ? Manifold leak? If you have seen 'loads of threads on here about ticking noises', did you read any of them ? were they helpful or informative at all ?

Can't see the video however you could narrow your search down too..

Was the Turner job a full engine?
If so, what reason did the seller give for having new heads fitted so soon afterwards?

She has Top Hats, they can't jump up and down as they're clamped down my the head

Forget the thread I posted it thinking I could upload the sound recording. I have looked at many threads on here. Don’t think it’s liners as new engine. Doesn’t sound like valve lifters as listened to someone else’s thread and theirs sound a lot less severe.
I have no emulsifying in the oil, but the coolant is dripping slowely

Is it a hard metallic tick? What is the frequency at idle? Does it change with engine revs?

You want to fix the coolant leak asap before you get an airlock and overheat.
Is the top hose rock hard?
