loss of water

i have just had my head gasket changed and only been out in it for a couple of times now i have lost all water. there was like a grinding noise in the centre console and we lost all heaters we filled it up and cant see any leaks it look slike there is water coming from near the injectors do you think the head is cracked maybe???? many thanks for reading

it is possible the head is cracked! is there definatley water coming from the head? might be worth checking the water pump! sometimes these leak and they can empty the header tank very quickly... which then causes the vehicle to overhead... you will loose hot air if there is no water going through the heater matrix... hope that helps
