Loss of power at low speed

Hi everyone
At the last few weeks i feel that my disco 2 2004 td5 is losing power espeicially at the low speeds. I can ear the engeene working hard but the car is not moving as it was. It feels like it was before i blanked the EGR.
4 mounts ago i replaced the fuel pump (a mechanic i don't really trust). And thanks to covid 19 i did not drove the car much, 10 miles per week just to move it a little bit...
The same mechanic also replaced the injectors harness and injector rocker gasket (that is leaking already).
Is there something i can check by myself without computer that can help me understand that is the reasone for that?

Hi, more details are needed,
1. is it manual or auto?
2. al low speeds the rpms are climbing but the vehcile doesnt accelerate ? you dont have to listen to the engine just watch the rpm
3. was the oil cleaned from the ECU red plug after the harness was replaced ?
 
Hi sierrafery, i am glad you are here...
The gear is auto. The rpm can reach 2000, 2500 and the car barely accelerate. I did clean the ECU after replacing the harness but i am going to check it again tomorrow. Today i disconnect the air flow sensor and drove the car around the block... i didn't reach hi speed but at low speed it did feel any difference at all. Tomorrow l am willing to check the sensor voltage supply too.
 
I thought the opposite- that if there is no difference with the MAF unplugged it means there is a problem
 
Take off the map/iat sensor and clean it. When this happened to me, that was the cure.
But I appreciate that it could be all sorts of things and sierraferry is your man for all this sort of thing. But that bloody MAP/Iat sensor is a right sod and deffo affects the performance when dirty or fubar!
 
I red that the mas air flow sensor must be cleaned with special liquid. Is the ECU has special needs too or contact spray will be fine?

I used the contact cleaner type stuff on the MAP/iat and it was fine. But to bhe safe hve a good look on the tin first. It should say "safe to use on MAF sensors, etc"
 
Good morning everyone
Day before yesterday i finally cleaned the map sensor and the maf sensor. I felt a little improvement. While cleaning the maf sensor i have notice that all the plastic around the sensor itself is full of dirt due to a crack i had in the air filter cover (already replaced if few mouths ago).
Is there a way to clean it more efficiently cos the crc spray didn't took all away.
The pic is after the cleaning, not much difference

It's ok if the sensing element is clean as loong as it reads well but you can clean them as much as you want if you dont read live data
