Loose hot spots

Hi new member, been following the group for ages and finally signed up.
I’ve taken my head off (19j) to replace a damaged tappet assembly and found two of the hot spots to be loose. I phoned a local machine shop and he recommended fitting oversized new ones.
Don’t seem to be able to find anything other than the standard sized ones. Do I just get new dowel pins and reseat them?

Cheers, took it to a different machine shop. He said they were a reasonable fit, so didn’t have a problem using pins. Inspected it for cracks and flatness too. All good, back in and running. Happy days!
